Classic Tube Sound Plus USB Output
Imagine running along the beach listening to your favorite vinyl records. Well, it's no longer pure fantasy. The audio press acclaimed the sweet luscious sounds produced by the Bellari VP129 compact phono stage. Now, Bellari has gone one better by releasing a USB version of the VP129 named the VP530.
The USB output makes it easy for you to download your vinyl collection to your computer or hard disc server. Put it on your iPod or other portable music player, and enjoy your irreplaceable vinyl at the seashore!
Built-in Burr-Brown DAC
The VP530 employs a sophisticated Burr-Brown PCM2901EG (16-bit, 44.1 kHz) chip in a smartly designed Bellari circuit. This gives you a digital data stream that is output through USB. Audio recording software is included with the VP530, but you can also easily find a freeware program online to record and edit your music.
To RIAA or Not to RIAA?
To RIAA or not to RIAA? That is the question. The VP530 lets you select RIAA equalization or skip it. You can output a flat data stream and set whatever curve you like. You can also choose your own sampling rate and format.
Classic Vacuum Tube Sound
The Bellari Rolls VP530 may be cutting edge. But it also excels with vacuum tube circuitry based on a design from 1937. So you can be sure that the Bellari delivers golden-age stereo sound.
"The Bellari seemed to create a sound that was rich, natural, and appealing. Surface noise was low, and the music emerged from a crisp quiet background. It was an excellent sound by almost any standards," writes Jimmy Hughes in Issue 37 of England's Hi-Fi+ magazine, reviewing the original Bellari VP129.
Built-in Headphone Amp with Level Control
The Bellari is designed to amplify an RIAA equalized phono signal and works with magnetic pickups and high output moving coil cartridges. Its smooth, natural sound is surprising enough considering the low price tag. But there's more! It includes a built-in high-quality headphone amplifier with level control for the ultimate in private vinyl listening. It also incorporates a variable output level, a rumble filter, and a mute. That's a lot of capability from a compact phono preamp.
